Indigenous community — don’t miss the kickoff of our Culture Nights at yəhaw̓ Indigenous Creatives Collective! 🌟

We’re excited to launch this monthly series starting with our first event — Still Life Drawing with Paige Pettibon (Salish). All skill levels are welcome. Draw materials from the land or bring your own references.

What You Need to Know:
◆ Snacks and a light dinner will be provided
◆ Free to attend, no registration needed
◆ All supplies are included
◆ Feel free to bring other creative projects to work on
◆ Programs will be held indoors when cold and outdoors when the weather permits
◆ No experience necessary — just your creativity!
◆ These events are for Indigenous individuals and their kin
◆ Our space is accessible to all. If you have specific needs, please reach out to us.

✨ About the Artist Instructor:
Paige Pettibon is a multidisciplinary artist based in Tacoma, WA, reflecting her Black, White, and Salish heritage (Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes). Her distinctive figurative style examines themes of identity and culture, and her work has been exhibited at prestigious venues, including the Tacoma Art Museum and the Smithsonian Institution. Paige uses art as a powerful tool for storytelling and community building.
